1. About Navig Finance

Navig Finance is an educational stock research and financial understanding platform.

Navig Finance helps users understand companies, financial statements, business models, valuation concepts, market data, and investor-fit questions.

Navig Finance is not a broker, investment adviser, fund manager, bank, securities dealer, or regulated investment service.

Navig Finance does not provide personalised financial advice and does not tell users to buy, sell, or hold any security.

The decision to invest, not invest, or seek professional advice is always the user’s decision.

2. Who may use Navig Finance

You may use Navig Finance if:

• you can legally create an account and use online services;
• the information you provide is accurate;
• you use the platform lawfully;
• you do not misuse the platform or attempt to bypass its systems.

If you are under 18, you should use Navig Finance only with the knowledge and guidance of a parent or guardian.

• AI-generated explanations will capture every risk;

6. Navig Credits and payments

Navig Finance may use credits to access certain platform features, including stock analysis.

Credit packages, prices, and credit amounts will be shown before payment.

Payments may be processed by Paystack or another approved payment provider.

Payment method options such as card, bank transfer, USSD, or other methods may be shown directly by Paystack or the relevant payment provider.

Credits are added only after payment is confirmed.

7. Refunds and payment issues

If a user pays for credits but credits do not appear, the user should contact Navig Finance with the payment reference and account email.

Navig Finance may review and correct:

• successful payments where credits were not added;
• duplicate payments;
• technical payment errors;
• under-crediting caused by platform error.

Credits used to run an analysis may not be refundable unless required by law or where there was a clear platform error.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be removed.

8. Roadmap to 100 Million and educational resources

Some packages may include educational resources such as a “Roadmap to 100 Million” educational guide.

This is an educational resource only.

It is not a promise that a user will make money, reach ₦100 million, or achieve any specific investment outcome.

9. User support

Some packages may include user support.

User support helps users understand how to use Navig Finance and its platform features.

User support is not personalised financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

10. Acceptable use

Users must not:

• misuse the platform;
• attempt to bypass credits or payment systems;
• interfere with security features;
• scrape, copy, or resell Navig Finance content without permission;
• upload malicious code;
• impersonate another person;
• use Navig Finance for fraud or unlawful activity;
• use Navig Finance to give unauthorised investment instructions to others.

11. Intellectual property

Navig Finance, including its design, educational structure, analysis flow, branding, explanations, and original content, belongs to Navig Finance or its licensors.

• investment decisions made by users;
• reliance on incorrect, incomplete, or delayed data;
• third-party service failure;
• user-entered errors;
• unauthorised account access caused by failure to protect login details.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Changes to these Terms

Navig Finance may update these Terms as the platform develops.

If changes are material, Navig Finance may take reasonable steps to notify users.

Continued use of Navig Finance after the updated Terms take effect means the user accepts the updated Terms.
